Ingredients:

• 3 -beetroots, boiled, peeled, cut into strips
• 4- spring onions, cut into strips
• 2- capsicums, cut into strips
• 1/4 cup -oil
• 1/4 cup -white Vinegar
• 1 tbsp – mustard paste
• 1 tsp – pepper powder
• 1 tbsp – caramelized Sugar
• Salt to taste

Method:

  1. Mix all vegetables and put in a salad bowl.
  2. Mix vinegar, oil, mustard, pepper, sugar and salt and toss into salad.
  3. Chill before serving.
