Ingredients:
• 3 large -brinjal
• 1 tbsp – Onions
• 1 tbsp – Curd
• 1 tbsp – Ginger Garlic paste
• 1 pinch – cumin
• 1 pinch -mustard
• 1 tbsp – coriander
• 1 tbsp – Red Chilli
• 1 pinch – Turmeric powder
• 1 pinch – coriander powder
• salt to taste
• 1 pinch – chat masala
• 1 tbsp – Tomato ketchup
• 1/2 – tbsp oil
Method:
- Cut the brinjal into thin slices and roast.
- Splutter mustard in oil and add cumin.
- Add chopped onion and saute till brown
- Add ginger, garlic, curd and stir.
- Add dry masalas, salt and tomato ketchup and cook well
- Add the roasted chopped brinjal and mix well
- Cook for 2- 3 mins
- Garnish with coriander.
