Ingredients:

• 4 slices – bread
• 2 tbsp – each of chopped Tomato and Onion
• 1 tbsp – finely chopped Ginger and Green chilli
• 1 tbsp – chopped Coriander leaves
• 1/2 tsp – each of salt, red chilli, garam masala, chat masala and dry Mint
• 2 or 3 tbsp – water

Method:

  1. Mash the bread.
  2. Add chopped vegetables and spices.
  3. Add water and make a soft dough.
  4. Divide the dough into 4 portions.
  5. Shape like seekh kababs on a skewer.
  6. Remove the skewer and deep fry until golden.
  7. Serve with mint dip.
