Ingredients:
• Bell peppers – 2
• Sooji – 3 to 4 tbsp
• Besan – 3/4 cup
• Salt
• Chilli powder
• Lime juice – 1 tbsp
Method:
- Cut the bell pepper into small squares.
- Mix other ingredients in a bowl.
- Heat oil in a pan and add mustard seeds, jeera and ginger paste. Stir fry for a few seconds.
- Add bell peppers. Saute.
- When bell peppers are done, add salt, besan, sooji, chilli powder and lime juice.
- Stir well.
- Now sprinkle a little water and close the lid.
- Simmer for 5 minutes.
- Serve hot with chapattis.
