Ingredients:

• Bell peppers – 2
• Sooji – 3 to 4 tbsp
• Besan – 3/4 cup
• Salt
• Chilli powder
• Lime juice – 1 tbsp

Method:

  1. Cut the bell pepper into small squares.
  2. Mix other ingredients in a bowl.
  3. Heat oil in a pan and add mustard seeds, jeera and ginger paste. Stir fry for a few seconds.
  4. Add bell peppers. Saute.
  5. When bell peppers are done, add salt, besan, sooji, chilli powder and lime juice.
  6. Stir well.
  7. Now sprinkle a little water and close the lid.
  8. Simmer for 5 minutes.
  9. Serve hot with chapattis.
