Ingredients:
• Petu of 1 Rohu fish
• 1 – medium-sized Aubergine
• 1 – Onion (chopped)
• 8-10 – crushed Garlic pods
• green chillies, Mustard oil and salt as required
• 1 pinch – baking soda (optional)
Method:
- Heat oil and fry the onion until golden brown.
- Cut the aubergine into small pieces. Add to the onion and fry until soft.
- Add the fish petu, garlic, green chillies and salt and mix well. Cover with a lid.
- After about 5 minutes, mix the baking soda. Cover and cook on low flame until done.
- Serve with hot rice.
