Ingredients:
• 1 ball – Soft dough
• 1 tbsp – bikaneri bhujiya
• 1 pinch – Red Chilli powder
• 1 pinch – coriander powder
• 1 pinch – chat masala
• 1 pinch- Garam Masala
• 1 pinch – salt
• 1 tsp -oil
Method:
- Roll out the ball of dough a little bit.
- Place the filling (bhujiya and all the other spices) in the centre.
- Wrap up to make a ball again and roll it out into a circle of medium thickness.
- Fry it on a tava or non-stick pan using a little oil on both sides. Serve hot with butter and curd.
