Ingredients:
• 1 kg – bimbli
• 2 cups – water
• 1/2 cup – salt powdered
• 50 gms – Kashmiri chilli
• 50 gms – chillies
• 100 gms – Mustard Seed
Method:
- Wash, dry and cut bimblis.
- Boil water with salt till it reduces to 3/4 quantity.
- Roast chillies and mustard.
- After it has cooled, grind the chillies and mustard.
- Mix this masala with the bimblis.
- Add more of the salt water till it coats all the bimblis.
- Store in air-tight bottles. Keeps fresh for a long time.
