Ingredients:

• 1 kg – bimbli
• 2 cups – water
• 1/2 cup – salt powdered
• 50 gms – Kashmiri chilli
• 50 gms – chillies
• 100 gms – Mustard Seed

Method:

  1. Wash, dry and cut bimblis.
  2. Boil water with salt till it reduces to 3/4 quantity.
  3. Roast chillies and mustard.
  4. After it has cooled, grind the chillies and mustard.
  5. Mix this masala with the bimblis.
  6. Add more of the salt water till it coats all the bimblis.
  7. Store in air-tight bottles. Keeps fresh for a long time.
