Ingredients:
• 25 – mangoes (raw)
• 5 cups – salt crystals
Method:
- Cook mangoes in enough water.
- Remove the mangoes from water and cool.
- In 10 cups of water, boil 5 cups of crystal salt. When completely dissolved, cool it well.
- Place the mangoes in a jar and pour the cold salt water over it.
- Close and store.
