Ingredients:

• 25 – mangoes (raw)
• 5 cups – salt crystals

Method:

  1. Cook mangoes in enough water.
  2. Remove the mangoes from water and cool.
  3. In 10 cups of water, boil 5 cups of crystal salt. When completely dissolved, cool it well.
  4. Place the mangoes in a jar and pour the cold salt water over it.
  5. Close and store.
