
Ingredients:
• 2 cups – thick curds
• 1 cup – boondhi
• 3 – green chillies, chopped
• 1 tsp – finely chopped Coriander leaves
• 1 string – Curry leaves
• 1/2 tsp – Red Chilli powder
• 1/2 tsp – cumin powder
• salt for taste
Method:
- Soak boondhi in cold water for a minute.
- Beat curd till thick and creamy.
- Squeeze boondhi and add to curd.
- Add cut green chillies, finely chopped coriander leaves, red chilli powder and cumin powder.
- Serve as a side dish.
