Ingredients:

• 2 cups – thick curds
• 1 cup – boondhi
• 3 – green chillies, chopped
• 1 tsp – finely chopped Coriander leaves
• 1 string – Curry leaves
• 1/2 tsp – Red Chilli powder
• 1/2 tsp – cumin powder
• salt for taste

Method:

  1. Soak boondhi in cold water for a minute.
  2. Beat curd till thick and creamy.
  3. Squeeze boondhi and add to curd.
  4. Add cut green chillies, finely chopped coriander leaves, red chilli powder and cumin powder.
  5. Serve as a side dish.
