Ingredients:

• White bread slices
• 2 cups – semolina
• 1 cup – natural Yoghurt
• 4 tbsp – Milk Cream
• 1/2 tsp – black pepper powder
• Onions (finely chopped)
• Tomato (finely chopped)
• Capsicum (finely chopped)
• Spring onion (finely chopped)
• Green chillies (finely chopped)
• Coriander (finely chopped)
• Salt as per taste

Method:

  1. Cut the corners of all bread slices. Mix all the ingredients together and make a smooth paste add some water if needed. Put a griddle on medium flame heat little oil.
  2. Spread this batter on each bread slice and shallow fry them.
  3. Then cut each into 4 small pieces.
  4. Serve with sauce or green chutney.
