Ingredients:
• Drumstick – 4 to 5
• Onions (large) – 3
• Green chillies – 2
• lasoon – 8 to 10 pods
• Turmeric powder – 1/2 tsp
• Red Chilli powder – 1 tsp
• Curry leaves – few
• oil – 6 to 7 tbsp
• Dhania powder – 1/2 tsp spoon
• boiled cold Milk – 1 cup
• Tomatoes – 2
• salt to taste
• For seasoning:
• Mustard Seeds – 1 tsp
• Jeera – 1tsp
Method:
- Heat pan, add oil and onions. Fry till golden brown.
- Add tomatoes, lasoon, green chilli, turmeric powder and fry till oil separates.
- Add drumstick, chilli powder and water till drumstick is cooked.
- Add dhania powder and cook for 2 mins. In the end, Add milk.
- Cook for more 5 to 6 mins and garnish with coriander.
