Ingredients:

• 8 – Bread slices
• 2 – eggs
• 1 – Onion, finely chopped
• 2 – Green Chillies, finely chopped
• 1 – Zucchini/Cucumber unskinned, finely chopped
• 1 tsp – Ginger, finely chopped
• 4 Cloves – Garlic, finely chopped
• 2 tsp – Unsalted Butter
• Cilantro, finely chopped
• 1 pinch – Turmeric powder
• Salt, Pepper to taste

Method:

  1. Cut the bread slices into small pieces, put it in a bowl, add little amount of water so as to make a smooth paste of it.
  2. Add all the ingredients except eggs and mix them well. Leave it for 5 minutes.
  3. Then add eggs to this and mix it thoroughly.
  4. Heat a frying pan and add butter, add the mixture from the bowl and cook it in low heat until it becomes golden brown on both sides. Serve it hot.
