
Ingredients:
• 4 slices – bread
• 1 cup – boiled peas
• 2 – Potatoes
• 1 cup – finely sliced Tomato
• 1- finely sliced Onion
• 1 tsp – chilli powder
• 1 cup – Curry leaves
• Salt to Taste
• Oil to fry
Method:
- Cut the bread slices into small cubes and deep fry in oil. Boil and mash the potatoes. Heat the oil in a Kadai.
- Saute the onions.
- Add tomato, mashed potato, peas, chilli powder and salt. Cook for 5 minutes.
- Add the fried bread pieces and cook till the gravy spreads on the bread.
- When removing, garnish with curry leaves.
- Serve hot.
