
Ingredients:
• 6 slices – bread
• 1 cup – finely sliced Onion
• 1 cup – finely sliced vegetables (carrot, cabbage, beans)
• 1 – Potato
• 1/2 tsp – chilli powder
• 1 tsp – ginger-garlic paste
• salt to taste
• oil to fry
Method:
- Soak the bread slices in water. Squeeze out the water and crumble the bread.
- Boil the potato, peel off the skin and mash the potato.
- Mix the bread, potato and other ingredients.
- Make small vadas of the mixture and deep fry in oil.
