Ingredients:

• 100 g – Bitter chocolate
• 200 g – Icing Sugar
• 2 tbsp – Butter
• 6 tbsp -Condensed Milk
• 1 tsp – Vanilla essence.

Method:

  1. Melt the chocolate in an oven/microwave oven/ double boiler.
  2. Mix in the icing sugar, vanilla essence, condensed milk and butter.
  3. Add a little milk for spreading the consistency.
