Ingredients:

• 1 basic ice-cream
• ½ cup – Cream
• ½ tbsp – butterscotch essence
• ½ tsp – Lemon yellow color
• ½ cup – Walnuts (broken)
• 4 tbsp – Sugar
• 1 tsp – Ghee

Method:

  1. Lightly heat ghee in a non-stick pan.
  2. Roast the walnuts on a medium flame.
  3. Melt the sugar in a pan.
  4. Add the roasted nuts and mix well.
  5. Remove on a chopping board and cool.
  6. With help of a rolling pin break into small pieces.
  7. Cut the basic ice-cream into small pieces.
  8. Add cream, essence and colour.
  9. Churn it gently with the help of a hand blender till soft and fluffy.
  10. Add the walnuts and mix well.
  11. Keep to set in the freezer.
