
Ingredients:
• 1.5 cups – Rice flour
• 1/4 – Cabbage (grated)
• 1 – Egg (whisked)
• 1/2 cup – Coriander leaves
• 1/4 cup – pudina
• 1/2 cup – mozzarella cheese (grated)
• 2 tsp – Red Chilli powder
• 1/2 tsp – Turmeric powder
• 2 tsp – Cumin seed
• 1 pinch – Hing
• 1 tbsp – black masala
• salt to taste
Method:
- Mix rice flour, cabbage, and all the other ingredients in a medium bowl with water. Make a thin batter, like for a dosa. Take a dosa pan or a non-stick pan and pour 1 large spoon of batter on it. Spread it like a dosa, but not too thin.
- Keep lid on the pan.
- Turn ghavan to the other side.
- Do not close the lid for this side.
- Serve ghavan with chilli sauce or coconut chutney.
