Ingredients:
• 1/2 kg – fish
• 1 tsp – Turmeric powder
• 1/2 cup – oil
• 1 cup – onion, chopped
• 1 tsp – pepper powder
• 1 inch Ginger
• 8 – Garlic flakes, peeled
• 1 cup – coconut, grated
• Salt as per taste
• 2 tsp – Lemon juice
Method:
- Cut the fish into pieces.
- Mix turmeric, pepper powder and salt.
- Heat oil and fry onion, ginger-garlic paste till golden brown.
- Add grated coconut and salt and let it cook on slow flame.
- Add fish and let it cook.
- When it cools a little add lemon juice.
