Ingredients:

• 1/2 kg – fish
• 1 tsp – Turmeric powder
• 1/2 cup – oil
• 1 cup – onion, chopped
• 1 tsp – pepper powder
• 1 inch Ginger
• 8 – Garlic flakes, peeled
• 1 cup – coconut, grated
• Salt as per taste
• 2 tsp – Lemon juice

Method:

  1. Cut the fish into pieces.
  2. Mix turmeric, pepper powder and salt.
  3. Heat oil and fry onion, ginger-garlic paste till golden brown.
  4. Add grated coconut and salt and let it cook on slow flame.
  5. Add fish and let it cook.
  6. When it cools a little add lemon juice.
