Ingredients:
• 1 cup – basmati Rice
• 1 cup – cabbage, chopped
• 1 – onion, chopped
• 1/4 cup – peas
• Grinding Masala:
• 1/4 cup – Coconut grated
• 2 – Cardamoms
• 4 – Cloves
• 6 – Green chillies
• 1/2 inch – Ginger
Method:
- Soak the rice for 10 mins.
- Take a pan, pour oil and fry onion, cabbage and peas.
- Grind grated coconuts, cardamoms,cloves, green chillies and ginger. Add the ground masala and cook for 5 mins.
- Add rice and fry for a few mins
- Transfer the contents to a rice cooker
- Add 2 cups of water, salt and cook.
- After 15 mins remove from flame. Serve.
