Ingredients:
• 1 cup – Cabbage
• 3 tbsp – Rice flour
• 3 tbsp – besan
• Salt as needed
• 1/2 tsp – Red Chilli powder
• 1/4 tsp – Asafoetida
• Curry leaves few
• Oil for Deep Frying
• 1tsp – Butter
Method:
- Mix all the ingredients, except oil. Sprinkle little water to it and mix it well.
- Heat oil in a deep pan in medium flame.
- Make the pakoda mixture into small balls and Deep Fried in the oil, till golden brown.
- Drain excess oil using kitchen towel.
