Ingredients:
• Capsicums – 2
• Oil – 8 tbsp
• Mustard Seeds – a few
• Chilli powder – 1.5 tsp
• Bengal Gram flour – 3/4 cup (small dessert cup)
• Sugar – 1/4 tsp
• Salt
Method:
- Cut the capsicums into 1/2 inch pieces.
- In a pan, take oil. Add the mustard seeds. Once they start to splutter, add the capsicums, chilli powder, and salt.
- When the capsicums become soft, add the Bengal gram flour.
- Mix well and cover with a lid for 5-7 minutes. Keep checking occasionally.
- When cooked well, add the sugar.
- Mix well and serve hot with puri, chapati, or dal and rice.
