
Ingredients:
• 500g – green Capsicum
• 500g – mixed vegetables (carrot, French bean, peas, cauliflower)
• 1 cup – Coriander leaves
• 100g – besan
• oil
• 1 tsp – coriander powder
• 1 tsp – Red Chilli powder
• 1 tsp – Aamchur
• salt
Method:
- Remove the stem and seeds from the capsicum.
- Boil the vegetables.
- Mash the vegetables and add salt, coriander leaves, and all the spices, and mix well.
- Stuff the capsicum with these vegetables.
- Make a paste of besan and apply over the top of each capsicum and deep fry.
