Ingredients:

• 250 ml – pasteurized unboiled Milk
• 1.5 tsp – crushed rock Sugar (misri)
• 1/2 tsp – green cardamom, powdered
• 250 ml – cold water

Method:

  1. Mix all ingredients in a vessel.
  2. Whip with an electrical hand beater.
  3. Refrigerate and consume 100 ml five times a day.
  4. Can be stored for 1 day.
