
Ingredients:
• 1 cup – fresh carom (ajwain) leaves, chopped
• 1 tbsp – fresh thick Curd
• 3-4 Red Chillies
• 1/2 tsp – Cumin seeds
• 1 tbsp – Sugar
• 1 salt to taste
• 1 tbsp – oil
Method:
- Heat, oil fry leaves, chillies, sugar, seeds.
- Cool a bit, grind with salt and curd.
- Serve as a dip or an accompaniment to fresh cut crudites.
