
Ingredients:
• 2 cups – Wheat flour
• 1 – grated, Carrot
• 7 pieces – Paneer cubes
• 1 big – Onion
• 2 – Green chilli
• A few sprigs – Coriander leaves
• Cumin seed – 1/2 tsp
• Lemon juice – 2 tsp
• A pinch – Turmeric powder
• Water to knead
Method:
- Grate the carrots and finely chop the onions.
- Put the paneer in hot water for 10 mins. Drain the water and crumble them with hands.
- Cut the green chilli into fine pieces, chop coriander.
- In a kadai, add a tsp of oil and put the cumin. Then add the green chilli, onions, carrots, and the crumbled paneer. Saute for 3-5 mins.
- Add the turmeric powder, salt as needed and finally add the chopped coriander leaves.
- Cool, add the lemon juice to it and mix well.
- Knead the wheat flour into a soft pliable dough.
- Take a big lemon sized ball of the dough; roll it into a small rounds.
- Place the stuffing on the round.
- Close the round
- Roll it carefully into thick parathas.
- Heat the tawa and roast the paratha.
- Drizzle oil on top and cook till golden brown.
- Severe hot.
