
Ingredients:
• 2 cups – Carrot, grated
• 2 cups – Coconut, grated
• 3 cups – Sugar
• 2 cups – Ghee
Method:
- In a pan, add grated carrot, coconut, and sugar. Stir it.
- Add ghee a little at a time and mix.
- When the mixture leaves the sides of the pan, pour onto a greased plate.
- Cut into pieces.
- Serve.
