
Ingredients:
• Cashew fruits – 10-15
• 1/2 cup – Jaggery
• Coconut
• Cardamom
Method:
- Wash and cut the cashew fruits into four – five pieces, cook it in a pressure cooker adding a little water up to 3 whistles.
- Coarsely grind the cooked cashew and add jaggery to it.
- Now place this mixture in a stove and keep stirring till it becomes thick (thickness as you require).
- Meanwhile grate a little coconut and fry it. Add this to payasam along with cardamom (coarsely ground).
