Ingredients:

• 2.5 cups – all-purpose flour
• 1 tbsp – baking powder
• 1 cup – grated cheddar cheese
• 1/4 cup – fresh parsley, chopped
• 1/4 cup – Butter
• 1/2 tsp – salt
• 1 tsp – dried Thyme
• 2 eggs – slightly beaten
• To combine:
• 1/4 cup – Milk
• 1/4 cup – light Cream

Method:

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degree F.
  2. In a bowl, combine the flour, cheese, parsley, baking powder, thyme and salt.
  3. Add butter and mix with hand, until the mixture is crumbly.
  4. Gradually add the eggs, combined milk and cream.
  5. Stir until, just moistened.
  6. Place the dough on a lightly floured plate and knead for 1 minute or until smooth.
  7. Divide the dough in half.
  8. Roll each half into 8 inch circle.
  9. Cut each circle into 8 triangles.
  10. Place the triangles 1 inch apart on cookie sheets.
  11. Bake for 15 minutes or until lightly browned.
