Ingredients:

• 300 g – thick Curd
• 3-4 – cheese cubes, grated
• salt and pepper powder as per taste)

Method:

  1. Tie the curd in a fine muslin cloth for an hour and half. Then transfer the curd onto a bowl.
  2. Add grated cheese, salt and pepper powder. Mix well.
  3. Whip with a spoon until the curd mixture is evenly smooth. Refrigerate.
  4. Serve with salad or any snack.
