Ingredients:
• 6-7 slices – bread
• 10-12 – garlic, crushed
• 4-5 – green chillies, chopped finely
• 2 cups – grated mozzarella cheese (preferred, otherwise Amul cheese)
• salt to taste
• black pepper powder to taste
• For salsa dip: 4 – big Tomatoes
• 1 – big Onion
• 1/4 tsp – Oregano or ajwain
• 1 tsp – Vinegar
• salt to taste
• 2 tsp – Red Chilli powder
• Sugar to taste
• 1 tbsp – oil
• 2-3 Cloves – crushed Garlic (optional)
Method:
- Soak the bread slices in water and remove immediately. Remove the water from the slices as well as the crust with your hands.
- Add garlic, green chillies, salt and pepper powder.
- Then add the cheese and mix everything lightly.
- Make small cheese balls and deep-fry.
- For salsa dip: Blanch the tomatoes. Remove the skin and chop finely.
- Heat oil, fry the onion and garlic.
- Add the tomatoes and the other ingredients.
- Cook until soft.
