Ingredients:

• 6-7 slices – bread
• 10-12 – garlic, crushed
• 4-5 – green chillies, chopped finely
• 2 cups – grated mozzarella cheese (preferred, otherwise Amul cheese)
• salt to taste
• black pepper powder to taste
• For salsa dip: 4 – big Tomatoes
• 1 – big Onion
• 1/4 tsp – Oregano or ajwain
• 1 tsp – Vinegar
• salt to taste
• 2 tsp – Red Chilli powder
• Sugar to taste
• 1 tbsp – oil
• 2-3 Cloves – crushed Garlic (optional)

Method:

  1. Soak the bread slices in water and remove immediately. Remove the water from the slices as well as the crust with your hands.
  2. Add garlic, green chillies, salt and pepper powder.
  3. Then add the cheese and mix everything lightly.
  4. Make small cheese balls and deep-fry.
  5. For salsa dip: Blanch the tomatoes. Remove the skin and chop finely.
  6. Heat oil, fry the onion and garlic.
  7. Add the tomatoes and the other ingredients.
  8. Cook until soft.
