• 1/2 kg – baby Potatoes
• 2 tbsp – Mint and Pumpkin seeds powder
• 1 tsp – coriander powder
• 1 tsp – Cumin seeds
• a few Curry leaves
• salt to taste
• oil as needed


  1. Cook the baby potatoes separately in water with enough salt until they turn soft. Peel the skin.
  2. Heat enough oil and fry the cumin seeds and curry leaves.
  3. Add the baby potatoes and saute for a few minutes.
  4. Add the mint and pumpkin seeds powder, coriander powder and salt and stir.
  5. Sprinkle some water and cook on medium flame until the potatoes get well roasted.
  6. Serve hot as a side dish.
