Ingredients:

• 100 g – cheese, grated
• 50 g – paneer, grated
• 1 – potato, chopped
• 2 – carrots, chopped
• Beans – a few, chopped
• 1/4 – cabbage, shredded
• 1 – egg, beaten
• 2 to 3 tbsp – bread crumbs
• 1 – onion, minced
• 3 to 4 – green chillies, chopped
• 1/2 tsp – chilli powder
• 1 tsp – pepper powder
• Salt to taste
• A few – coriander leaves, chopped oil for frying

Method:

  1. Mix all the vegetables and boil for a few mins. Drain all the water and keep aside.
  2. To the boiled vegetables, add grated cheese and paneer, minced onion, green chillies, chilli powder, pepper powder, salt, coriander leaves and mix well.
  3. Make small balls from the batter and roll in the beaten egg. Then roll in the bread crumbs.
  4. Heat oil in a deep frying pan and fry the cheese balls until golden brown in colour.
  5. Serve hot with any chutney.
