Ingredients:
• 100 g – cheese, grated
• 50 g – paneer, grated
• 1 – potato, chopped
• 2 – carrots, chopped
• Beans – a few, chopped
• 1/4 – cabbage, shredded
• 1 – egg, beaten
• 2 to 3 tbsp – bread crumbs
• 1 – onion, minced
• 3 to 4 – green chillies, chopped
• 1/2 tsp – chilli powder
• 1 tsp – pepper powder
• Salt to taste
• A few – coriander leaves, chopped oil for frying
Method:
- Mix all the vegetables and boil for a few mins. Drain all the water and keep aside.
- To the boiled vegetables, add grated cheese and paneer, minced onion, green chillies, chilli powder, pepper powder, salt, coriander leaves and mix well.
- Make small balls from the batter and roll in the beaten egg. Then roll in the bread crumbs.
- Heat oil in a deep frying pan and fry the cheese balls until golden brown in colour.
- Serve hot with any chutney.
