Ingredients:

• 1/2 cup – Mint leaves
• 1 tsp -sugar
• A pinch of salt
• 2 Green chillies
• 1 tsp – Lime juice
• 8 slices bread
• 4 tsp -butter
• 4 tsp -grated cheese

Method:

  1. Grind the mint leaves, green chillies, sugar and salt top a paste.
  2. Add the lime juice and mix well.
  3. Add 4 tsp of this chutney to the butter and grated cheese. Mix well.
  4. Spread this mixture on 4 slices of the bread and then cover with the remaining slices.
  5. Toast in an oven or in a sandwich toaster till golden brown.
  6. Cut diagonally.
