Ingredients:
• 2 cups – Corn
• Salt
• 1 cup – cheese
• Mixed herbs – 1 pinch
Method:
- Remove husks, silk and the stem of the corn.
- Pressure-cook it until 3 whistles in salt water.
- Drain excess water and pat-dry.
- Grate cheese over the corn on the cob.
- Turn it on the other side and repeat the same.
- Sprinkle a pinch of mixed herbs for aroma.
