Ingredients:

• 2 cups – Corn
• Salt
• 1 cup – cheese
• Mixed herbs – 1 pinch

Method:

  1. Remove husks, silk and the stem of the corn.
  2. Pressure-cook it until 3 whistles in salt water.
  3. Drain excess water and pat-dry.
  4. Grate cheese over the corn on the cob.
  5. Turn it on the other side and repeat the same.
  6. Sprinkle a pinch of mixed herbs for aroma.
