
Ingredients:
• 3/4 cup – Butter
• 1/2 cup – sifted flour
• 1/2 cup – water
• 2 eggs
• 3 tbsp – ground cheese
• 2 tbsp – minced Onion
• 1 tsp – salt
• 1/4 tsp – pepper
• 1/2 tsp – mustard
Method:
- Heat water together with butter till the water boils and the butter melts.
- Add the sifted flour, and using a wooden spoon, beat it well over gentle heat till it forms a ball. Take off the fire.
- Add the eggs, one by one, beating very well.
- Add the ground cheese, minced onion, salt, pepper and mustard.
- Shape into small balls.
- Deep fry in hot oil. Serve hot.
