
Ingredients:
• 1/2 kg – potatoes, boiled and mashed
• 350 g – cheese, grated
• salt to taste
• 1 tsp – pepper
• 1 tsp – chilli powder
• oil for frying
• Egg, beaten – 1
Method:
- Mix the potatoes, cheese, salt, pepper, chilli powder and egg and prepare a dough.
- Make tiny cheese balls out of the dough.
- Deep-fry until golden brown.
