
Ingredients:
• 1.5 cup – Chicken stock
• 1 cup – cooked shredded Chicken
• 6 tbsp – fine semolina
• 2 tsp – chopped Celery
• 1 tsp – chopped Green chillies
• salt and pepper to taste
• Egg and bread crumbs to coat
• oil to fry
Method:
- Boil the chicken stock. Lower the flame and add semolina in a thin stream, stirring all the time.
- Cook stirring till the mixture is like a very thick sauce.
- Add rest of the ingredients except the oil and allow to cool and become firm.
- Make small balls of this mixture, coat with egg and bread crumbs and deep fry in hot oil.
- Serve on cocktail sticks.
