Ingredients:

• 2 – Onions
• 4 – Green chillies
• Butter – 2 tbsp
• 1 tbsp – pepper
• 2 tbsp – Turmeric powder
• 2 tbsp – coriander powder
• 2 tbsp – Garam Masala powder
• 3 tbsp – chilli powder
• 4 – Tomatoes
• 3 tbsp – Ginger Garlic paste
• 2 tbsp – Olive oil
• 1 – Lemon
• Salt as required
• 1 lb – boneless Chicken Meat

Method:

  1. Marinate the chicken in olive oil, lemon juice, a little of the chilli powder, turmeric powder, garam masala powder, coriander powder. Keep it aside for about an hour.
  2. Heat oil/ butter in a pan.
  3. Fry onions till it turns golden brown.
  4. Then add ginger garlic paste, green chillies and the remaining of the turmeric powder, chilli powder and the coriander and chilli powder. Fry for some time.
  5. Then add the tomatoes and a little water. Cook till it becomes pulpy.
  6. In another pan, heat butter/oil. Add the marinated chicken and saute for some time till the chicken is partly done.
  7. Now add the sauteed chicken to the gravy which you had prepared and let it cook for 5 mins or till it is done. Add salt.
  8. Garnish with coriander.
