Ingredients:
• 1/4 kg – Chicken
• 5 flakes- Garlic
• 1/2 inch- Ginger
• 10 – medium, Green chillies
• 2 – Onions
• 2 – tomatoes, sliced
• 3 – Cloves
• 1 – Cinnamon
• 1- coconut, ground
• 1 tbsp – Lime juice
• Salt to taste
• 2 tbsp – oil
• 1 bunch -coriander leaves.
Method:
- Heat 2 tbsps oil and saute the chopped onions. Add the ground masala to it and fry for 2-3 mins.
- Now add a little water, salt, chicken and cook on a slow fire.
- When its half cooked, add the cloves, cinnamon, and the chopped tomatoes.
- Cook until tender then add 1 tbsp of the lime juice.
- Garnish with coriander leaves.
- Serve hot.
