Ingredients:
• 1/2 kg – chicken, cut into small pieces (marinated with 1 tsp of salt and 1 tsp of Garlic paste)
• 1 cup – Tomato sauce
• oil for frying
• 4 – whole Red Chillies
• 1 – medium onion, chopped
• a pinch of ajinomoto
Method:
- Take 1 tbsp of oil in non-stick kadhai. Fry the chopped onions and whole red chillies until pink.
- Add the marinated chicken and fry for 5-10 minutes.
- Add tomato sauce and cook on slow flame, covered with a lid.
- Add a pinch of ajinomoto and simmer for some time
- Garnish with chopped spring onions and coriander leaves. Serve with noodles, rice or chapathi.
