Ingredients:

• 2 whole Chicken breast
• Salt as per taste
• 1 tsp black pepper powder
• 1 egg, hard boiled, grated finely
• 1/4 cup roasted Almonds
• 1 tbsp finely chopped Onion
• 1/2 cup cooked Cauliflower florets
• 1/2 cup mayonnaise
• 1 tbsp chopped Coriander leaves
• 3-4 Lettuce leaves

Method:

  1. Marinate chicken with salt and pepper for half an hour.
  2. Cook till tender, cool it, and make 1/2″ cubes of the chicken.
  3. In a bowl, add chicken, onion, and cauliflower.
  4. Mix them well.
  5. Break lettuce leaves and spread on the salad dish.
  6. Pour the chicken mixture.
  7. Sprinkle with grated egg, almonds, and coriander leaves.
  8. Pour the mayonnaise over it.
  9. Serve.
