Ingredients:
• 2 whole Chicken breast
• Salt as per taste
• 1 tsp black pepper powder
• 1 egg, hard boiled, grated finely
• 1/4 cup roasted Almonds
• 1 tbsp finely chopped Onion
• 1/2 cup cooked Cauliflower florets
• 1/2 cup mayonnaise
• 1 tbsp chopped Coriander leaves
• 3-4 Lettuce leaves
Method:
- Marinate chicken with salt and pepper for half an hour.
- Cook till tender, cool it, and make 1/2″ cubes of the chicken.
- In a bowl, add chicken, onion, and cauliflower.
- Mix them well.
- Break lettuce leaves and spread on the salad dish.
- Pour the chicken mixture.
- Sprinkle with grated egg, almonds, and coriander leaves.
- Pour the mayonnaise over it.
- Serve.
