Ingredients:

• 24 – Corn tortillas or tacos
• 2 cups – cooked shredded Chicken
• 2 cups – chopped Lettuce
• 2 cups – chopped Tomatoes
• 1 cup – chopped Onions
• 1.5 cup – grated cheddar cheese
• For guacamole:
• 1 – Avocado
• 1/2 tsp – Garlic powder
• 1 tsp – Tabasco sauce

Method:

  1. Warm tortillas in the microwave.
  2. In a bowl make guacamole.
  3. Mash the avocado. Add garlic powder and Tabasco sauce to taste.
  4. Place tortillas in a plate.
  5. Put chicken, tomatoes, onion and lettuce.
  6. Put the guacamole and finally garnish with cheese.
  7. Serve with rice.
