
Ingredients:
• 1 – Doodhi (medium sized)
• 1 – Onion
• 1 – Tomato
• Mustard Seeds
• 1/2 tsp – coriander powder
• 1/2 tsp – Jeera powder
• 1/2 tsp – chilli powder
• Turmeric powder – a pinch
• Salt to taste
Method:
- Saute onions after spluttering mustard in oil.
- Add tomatoes and fry for 5 mins.
- Add the chopped doodhi and the masala powders and salt and let it cook for 25-30 minutes over slow fire after adding 1/2 glass water.
- Garnish with coriander leaves when done.
