Ingredients:

• 600 g – chicken, skinless and boneless
• 7 tbsp – Corn starch
• 100 g – leaves of Spinach
• 2 -eggs
• Oil – 2 tbsp
• 5 -cloves of Garlic
• 2 tbsp -vinegar
• 1 tbsp – Sugar
• 1 cup -water
• Salt and pepper to taste
• Water

Method:

  1. Cut the chicken into small pieces.
  2. Add 1 egg, salt, cornstarch into a chicken and then fry it.
  3. Add some oil in a pan and saute some garlic.
  4. Add some boiled spinach leaves, vinegar, sugar, and green chilli paste and boil with some water.
  5. Thicken it with cornstarch.
  6. Add the chicken into it and one beaten egg.
  7. Before serving pour vinegar on top.
