Ingredients:
• 600 g – chicken, skinless and boneless
• 7 tbsp – Corn starch
• 100 g – leaves of Spinach
• 2 -eggs
• Oil – 2 tbsp
• 5 -cloves of Garlic
• 2 tbsp -vinegar
• 1 tbsp – Sugar
• 1 cup -water
• Salt and pepper to taste
• Water
Method:
- Cut the chicken into small pieces.
- Add 1 egg, salt, cornstarch into a chicken and then fry it.
- Add some oil in a pan and saute some garlic.
- Add some boiled spinach leaves, vinegar, sugar, and green chilli paste and boil with some water.
- Thicken it with cornstarch.
- Add the chicken into it and one beaten egg.
- Before serving pour vinegar on top.
