Ingredients:
• 1/2 kg – tender ladyfingers
• 2 tsp – chilli powder
• 1/2 tsp – Turmeric powder
• Salt to taste
• 2 tbsp – oil
• 1 tsp – cumin powder
Method:
- Wash the whole ladyfingers and dry them well.
- Cut into rings discarding the ends.
- Mix with Chilli powder, cumin powder, turmeric powder and salt.
- Heat oil in a pan and fry on low heat till the lady’s finger turn golden brown and crisp.
