
Ingredients:
• 500 g – Paneer
• 1.5 cups – Tomato sauce
• 2 – onions, cut and peeled into flaps
• 2 – capsicums, diced
• 1 – Tomato
• 1 tbsp – Ginger – Garlic paste
• 3/4 tbsp – soya sauce
• 1 tbsp – chilli sauce
• 1 tbsp – white Vinegar
• a pinch – ajinomoto
• 1 tbsp – salt
• 1 tbsp – pepper
• vegetable oil
• 1 tbsp – Corn flour
Method:
- Heat 1 tbsp of oil and fry onions and capsicum till it becomes soft.
- Fry the paneer cubes in the same oil till it becomes light brown in colour.
- Now add all the sauces, vinegar, and tomato in a grinder and blend thoroughly.
- Add this mixture into the fried onion – paneer mixture with salt, pepper and ajinomoto, and stir fry.
- Now mix corn flour in cold water and add to the prepared mixture to thicken the gravy.
- Quickly incorporate and remove from heat.
