Ingredients:

• 500 g – Paneer
• 1.5 cups – Tomato sauce
• 2 – onions, cut and peeled into flaps
• 2 – capsicums, diced
• 1 – Tomato
• 1 tbsp – Ginger – Garlic paste
• 3/4 tbsp – soya sauce
• 1 tbsp – chilli sauce
• 1 tbsp – white Vinegar
• a pinch – ajinomoto
• 1 tbsp – salt
• 1 tbsp – pepper
• vegetable oil
• 1 tbsp – Corn flour

Method:

  1. Heat 1 tbsp of oil and fry onions and capsicum till it becomes soft.
  2. Fry the paneer cubes in the same oil till it becomes light brown in colour.
  3. Now add all the sauces, vinegar, and tomato in a grinder and blend thoroughly.
  4. Add this mixture into the fried onion – paneer mixture with salt, pepper and ajinomoto, and stir fry.
  5. Now mix corn flour in cold water and add to the prepared mixture to thicken the gravy.
  6. Quickly incorporate and remove from heat.
