Ingredients:
• Garlic – 10 pods
• Ginger – 1/2 tsp
• Dates – 5
• Kala namak – 1 tsp
• Pudina – 3 tsp
• Corinder leaves – 4 tsp
• Schezuan sauce – 2 tsp
• Fresh Jeera powder
• Green chillies – 5
• Vinegar – 2 tsp
• Ajinomotto – 1/4 tsp
Method:
- Make paste of all the above ingredients till it becomes thick paste.
- Add 3 glass water to this paste.
- Filter this mixture.
- Adjust salt and spicy to your taste.
- Serve with pani puri, cabbage and tofu masala.
