Ingredients:

• Garlic – 10 pods
• Ginger – 1/2 tsp
• Dates – 5
• Kala namak – 1 tsp
• Pudina – 3 tsp
• Corinder leaves – 4 tsp
• Schezuan sauce – 2 tsp
• Fresh Jeera powder
• Green chillies – 5
• Vinegar – 2 tsp
• Ajinomotto – 1/4 tsp

Method:

  1. Make paste of all the above ingredients till it becomes thick paste.
  2. Add 3 glass water to this paste.
  3. Filter this mixture.
  4. Adjust salt and spicy to your taste.
  5. Serve with pani puri, cabbage and tofu masala.
