
Ingredients:
• 20 – Corn chips
• rajma, boiled and mushy (with salt and black pepper)
• Mozzarella cheese
• tomatoes, chopped
• onions, chopped
• cilantro, chopped
• spicy sauce
• Tomato ketchup
Method:
- Arrange the corn chips in a microwave-safe plate.
- Place a few beans on each chip. Top with onions, tomatoes and cilantro.
- Add a good quantity of shredded cheese on top.
- Microwave for 40-50 seconds so that the cheese melts.
- Add the sauce and ketchup and serve hot.
